• The development and execution of marketing plans to support the organization's objectives in collaboration with leadership and assigned team.
• Marketing plans can include campaigns and special projects targeting consumers and physicians for the purpose of building brand awareness, preference and loyalty, and increasing volume to maximize the return on investment.
• Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitors, physician relationships, health care trends and market research, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, technology, and overall market dynamics.
• The position works cross functionally to manage marketing plans and advertising tactics by optimizing media mix and channels including, but not limited to print, direct mail, outdoor, radio, television, digital media, social media, sponsorships and events.
• The position oversees the creation, production and approval of marketing projects, programs and collateral ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, determining resource allocation, defining prioritization, and working with customers and vendors to execute marketing plans.
• Communicates to leadership on a regular basis and makes recommendations on tactical changes based on campaign performance, reporting and analytics.
• This position is responsible for managing and developing assigned team members.
• The Manager Marketing must be a motivational, hands-on relationship builder and influencer with an analytical mindset and proven track record of achieving results.

Required Experience:

Education:

• Required: Bachelors Degree in a Related Field
• Preferred: Masters Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health

Experience:

• Required: 5 years of marketing experience
• Preferred: 7 years of marketing experience
• OR 3 years of management experience

Additional required skills include: developing media and messaging strategy, leveraging market research and competitive analysis, reporting on campaign performance, forecasting, managing budgets, and project management.
